Royal Care Super Specialty Hospital began its journey on May 1, 2015, as a 50-bed multi-specialty facility in the heart of Coimbatore. Within its first year, the hospital earned a strong reputation, becoming the preferred choice for emergency, primary, and specialized medical care across western Tamil Nadu.

As the demand for advanced healthcare grew, Royal Care expanded into a 500-bed tertiary care center at Neelambur, Coimbatore. Completed in a record 400 days, the first phase, with 300 beds, was inaugurated in November 2016. Spanning over 3,00,000 square feet, this facility brought a wide range of medical services under one roof.

Royal Care was the first hospital in India to introduce Bronchial Thermoplasty for severe asthma treatment. It also introduced microplasma advanced oxidation technology for dialysis feed water disinfection, improving patient safety by removing endotoxins and reducing the risk of pyrogenic reactions, Bronchial Thermoplasty for asthma, MRgFUS for Parkinson's diseases etc.,

Transplantation Unit: Experienced Transplantation team with a High volume of domestic and international experience comprising Transplant surgeons, Transplant Anesthetists, Intensivists, Hepatologists, Urologists, Nephrologists, pathologists, Intervention and Diagnostic radiologists, Transplant associates, Transplant coordinators, Infectious Disease specialist and supported by various other specialists performing Liver, Kidney & Bone Marrow Transplants.

With a commitment to providing quality healthcare to all, Royal Care extended its services by establishing a City center in Gandhipuram and Sencherimalai and Vellalore. The Vellalore center in collaboration with Coimbatore Round Table 20. This initiative further strengthened the hospital’s efforts to bring medical care closer to the community.
